Dr. Harden is Board Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist, a Diplomat and Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Harden is passionate about the integral approach to preventative health, including evaluating and treating menopause, utilizing biodentical hormones and weight lost management.
Dr Bigler joined SOWC in 2017 upon retiring from VWHC in Auburn Washington where he had been their senior physician and medical director. Over his career of 30+ years, he has been Ob/Gyn department chair at Auburn Regional Medical Center and mentor to numerous physicians. Dr Harden and Bigler became friends over 30 years ago when she was one of his junior residents at UTHSCSA. He and his wife Regina of 50 years have 2 adult children and five grandchildren. He was excited to return to San Antonio and join SOWC and Dr Harden on a part time/semi retired basis.
